Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the conditions for using Small Starter (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by the developer, Kohei Kawasaki (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”).
1. Agreement
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all the descriptions in these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to all content contained in the Service (text, images, programs, etc.) belong to the Developer or the respective right holders. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, modification, or reverse engineering of these is prohibited.
3. Disclaimer
- The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or safety of the Service. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (loss of data, terminal failure, financial loss, etc.) caused by the user’s use of the Service.
- The Developer is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service (such as the official Listening Mania website).
4. Prohibited Acts
In using the Service, users must not engage in any act that infringes on the Developer’s rights, interferes with the operation of the Service, or violates laws and regulations.
5. Changes to These Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without user consent. The modified Terms shall become effective when they are posted on this website. By continuing to use the Service after any changes are made, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
6. Governing Language
These Terms are prepared in Japanese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
